Brian obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2000, having first obtained a Bachelor of Commerce at the same institution. He articled with a small Edmonton firm with a general practice and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
Brian has worked with small firms as both a litigator and solicitor. He has experience litigating in various areas of civil law, having represented clients in Provincial Court and in the Court of Queen’s Bench. He also has significant experience as a solicitor.
Brian’s particular areas of practice are:
- Real Estate
- Estate Planning and Administration
- Corporate Commercial Law
- Civil Litigation
However, he also has experience in a number of other areas of law and is always willing to speak with you to see if he can be of assistance.
